For 2008 the hugely popular D207 stays in our range, but this time in the new guise of the D207e. Like its predecessor, the D207e offers superb value for money without compromising on Dunlop's trademark quality and performance.

The D207e continues to deliver the dry grip and handling characteristics that made the award-winning D207 such a success, but for 2008 the D207e has even more to offer.

One of the areas of performance we set out to improve is wet road grip and to do this we needed a new compound. Having perfected wet weather performance with the development of the Sportmax Roadsmart compound, the same technology was used on the D207e to significantly improve grip and handling in wet conditions. A trait also inherited from the critically-acclaimed Roadsmart is improved tread life. Although its predecessor was renowned for its long life, the D207e has taken steps towards becoming and incredibly durable tyre.

The improvements in performance and tread life mean that the D207e is more versatile than ever and there are fitments for an even wider range of bikes from supermotos and naked machines to sports tourers and supersports bikes.

In the press

"In terms of outright dry grip the Dunlop is comfortably ahead of the competition and the ride quality is nice and plush, just ahead of the Michelin and the slightly harsher feeling Bridgestones."
